Flea, John Frusciante, Anthony Kiedis, and Chad Smith
The Red Hot Chili Peppers are the best band in the world! The Red Hot Chili Peppers have four members: Anthony Kiedis (lead singer), Flea (his real name is Michael Balzary) (bass), Chad Smith (drums), and John Frusciante (guitiar)! The original members of the band were Hillel Slovak (guitiar), Anthony Kiedis(lead singer), Flea (bass), and Jack Irons (drums). Their first songs were "Out In L.A." and "Get Up And Jump". In 1988 Slovak died and a couple months after Slovak died Irons left the band. Later that year John Frusciante became the Red Hot Chili Peppers new guitarist. In 1989 Chad Smith became the Red Hot Chili Peppers new drummer. In 1992, Frusciante quit the Red Hot Chili Peppers right before a show in Japan. Dave Navarro took his place. Frusciante returned to the Red Hot Chili Peppers on April 29th, 1998. They have eight albums:
